Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The role involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data published on our platform. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of subject matter expertise related to content set, including knowledge of internal applications and external products.

This is a permanent night shift role, requiring you to work from 6 P.M to 3 A.M or 7 P.M to 4 A.M. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with great telephonic manner to speak to international clients.

The successful candidate will be able to learn and work on Fees related and charter jobs. If you are passionate about work and eager to learn new things, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data published on our platform
  • Maintain a high level of subject matter expertise related to content set
  • Work collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with external contacts/clients

Responsibilities

  1. Contact US banks during US business hours via phone calls, supplemented with emails and Internet-based research
  2. Timely entry and submission of data within given timeframes
  3. Developing and maintaining business relationships with external contacts/clients
  4. Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and build experience over time
  5. Improving measures for capturing data and identify new collection methods related to the covered content set

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's/College degree
  • Excellent communication skills with great telephonic manner to speak to international clients
