We are currently seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst with experience in Power BI to join our organization. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights and helping our organization make informed decisions.

Job Overview:

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring high-quality data visualization and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BPO industry and Call Center KPIs, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Working closely with various teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design, and monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
  • Collecting required data, analyzing outcomes using statistical approaches, and providing ongoing reports
  • Recognizing, evaluating, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Working with business stakeholders to collect and understand data requirements
  • Creating interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively explain insights
  • Creating data models and establishing relationships between various data sources to enable efficient data analysis
  • Implementing data cleansing, data validation, and data transformation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Integrating Power BI reports and dashboards with other corporate tools and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and automation
  • Identifying and resolving performance issues within Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Implementing best practices to enhance report loading and rendering times
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
  • Providing training and support to end-users and colleagues on Power BI usage and best practices
  • Monitoring data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and addressing data issues
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to existing Power BI solutions based on user feedback and changing business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role in a BPO environment
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • Experience in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Good report writing and presenting skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to tasks and the ability to find patterns and correlations when dealing with big volumes of information
