Job Overview

The Senior Data and Insights Analyst role is pivotal in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical Sales Operations reports and dashboards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis
    • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
    • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various business stakeholders.
  • Data Quality and Integrity
    • Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization.
    • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging standard business reports and dashboards for validation.
Success Metrics
  • Quality, accuracy, and timeliness of information.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Operations team to understand and gather clear data requirements for accurate reports/dashboards.
  • Delivery of high-impact dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
