**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Branch Strategist to join our Alpha Infinity Holding Corp. team in [Location]. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing branch-specific strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with overall company objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and cost management initiatives.
  • Team Management & Development: Oversee and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Customer Experience & Service: Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and attract new customers, including promotions, special events, and targeted marketing campaigns.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including bar operations, cocktail preparation, food service, and customer service best practices.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams, driving sales, and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, inspire confidence, and effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.

**Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
