We are seeking a skilled PPC Specialist to join our team at Three Peaks International Pty Ltd.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and strategizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve client goals. This includes developing comprehensive PPC campaigns, conducting keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, and monitoring campaign performance data.

To be successful in this role, you will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, and proven success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. You should also possess strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Strategist and Graphic/Web Designer to ensure that all campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and client objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns on Google Ads
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and selection to target the most relevant and cost-effective keywords
  • Craft compelling ad copy and design impactful ad creatives in partnership with the Graphic/Web Designer
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continually enhance campaign performance
  • Manage and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaigns
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders

With a competitive salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, you will have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a range of benefits including performance appraisal and increase, bonus, paid time off, and tax-free payment as an independent contractor.

Requirements:
  • Must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve client goals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools for performance tracking and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly
  • Google Ads Certification preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
