Job Title: Sales Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Research: Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs to understand market trends and customer requirements.
- Seek Out New Sales Opportunities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to expand our customer base.
- Client Meetings and Solutions: Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their wishes and concerns, and analyze their needs to introduce solutions that meet their requirements.
- Continuous Development: Continuously develop skills and capabilities to enhance performance and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Sales Opportunities and Client Servicing: Scout new projects, identify sales opportunities, and provide customer servicing such as proper installation, inspection, and mock-up.
- Customer Inquiry and Complaint Handling: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reports as required.
- Compliance and Reporting: Comply with all reportorial requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Business Review and Evaluation: Participate in comprehensive business reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
