Research and Insights Manager

Key Role: Managing Research Projects

Project Scope:

  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Support senior researchers on larger strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Decide the best approach for data capture and design activities with light direction from seniors.
  • Activity Design: Lead the decision-making process for activity design and implementation.
  • Fieldwork: Conduct fieldwork, moderate discussions, and evaluate survey progress.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, create analysis plans, and produce commercially savvy reports.
  • Solution Design: Interpret client information needs and translate them into project designs.
  • Presenting: Present findings to clients, both independently and in a supportive role.
  • Account Management: Build relationships with clients, balance commercial needs, and maintain good internal relationships.
  • Growth Marketing: Understand key business topics and KPIs for each sector and share relevant content with clients.
  • Commercial Management: Complement team assets, manage accounts using customer relationship platforms, and position tools and methods against competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., social science, psychology, business, or economics).
  • At least 5 years of professional research experience.
