Senior UI/UX Design Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative part-time UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our dynamic team, with the potential for full-time opportunities in the future.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with brand identity and product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance wherever possible.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and best practices.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and understanding of design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English as we operate globally.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas, wireframes, designs, and prototypes with tools like Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, or similar.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is highly desirable.
  • Experience with designing visuals like graphs, tools, or dashboards for developers and technical users.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or Kubernetes.
