Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through inbound and outbound calls.

You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Your primary goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

You should also have prior call center experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English language skills.

Working Conditions

This role operates in a professional office environment. You will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
