Job Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Administrator. This role will be instrumental in maintaining financial records, coordinating with external partners, and providing essential financial analysis to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) by processing vendor invoices, managing payment schedules, and maintaining accurate vendor records.
  • Process customer payments, manage collection activities, and maintain customer account records for accounts receivable (A/R).
  • Develop and maintain basic cash flow forecasts and reports to support business planning.
  • Coordinate with external accounting firms, ensuring timely submission of documents and information.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist with budgeting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and practices.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents.
QualificationEducation & Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with international companies.
  • Experience working with international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with US accounting practices beneficial but not required.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable management.
  • Familiarity with cash flow analysis and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.
Essential Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
