About the Position

The Senior OneStream EPM Administrator will be responsible for managing a team of 6 OneStream EPM Analysts in the Philippines, providing guidance and support as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the US-Based Sr. Manager of Global Finance Solution to oversee administration of OneStream, ensuring timely resolution of tickets within SLA.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues to identify root cause and provide technical resolution and support.
  • Maintain data-center health using existing management tools and ensure internal infrastructure requirements are met.
  • Coordinate routine and scheduled audits of systems, including backups, to ensure overall stability of system infrastructure.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of finance system projects/changes, drive prioritization at meetings, and communicate backlogs and schedules to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems; additional degree or experience in accounting or finance is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience working with CPM/EPM platforms (OneStream, Oracle Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC, Cognos) and multidimensional databases.
  • At least 5 years of system administration experience, including managing a team.
Working Conditions
  • This role requires collaboration with multiple teams across different locations.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
