Job Role Overview

The Shopify Performance Manager is a key position that oversees the creation, management, and optimization of a Shopify store. This individual focuses on enhancing user experience and boosting conversions through various strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the Shopify store to ensure products, collections, and integrations are accurate and functional.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with developers as needed to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Optimize site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to improve conversions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Run A/B testing to identify weaknesses and enhance usability by gathering feedback from customers.
  • Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and real-time inventory management to provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and sales channels) to reach a wider audience.
  • Monitor store performance using Shopify and Google Analytics; create detailed reports and recommend improvements to increase revenue and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance branding, storefront design, and merchandising to achieve business objectives.
