Job Title

The role of a Digital Media Strategist is crucial in executing campaign objectives to meet client goals and strategies.

This involves building and managing campaigns, conducting daily checks, and optimizing performance across various platforms including Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.

The strategist will be responsible for uploading new creative content, adjusting campaign elements as needed, and collaborating closely with senior team members to develop strategies, provide insights, and work with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Setup digital campaigns across various platforms.
  • Daily management and optimization of campaigns to meet specific KPIs (MER, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CLTV) and requirements.
  • Refreshing campaigns by uploading innovative creatives and tweaking elements when necessary.
  • Collaborating with other team members to identify new audiences, messaging, and creative concepts.
  • Guiding designers on creative requirements and ad designs.
  • Contributing to channel-specific ad creative ideation, strategy, and testing.
  • Evaluating campaign performance and generating reports that support data-informed decision-making.
  • Engaging in client sessions, delivering updates on campaign performance and improvements.
  • Staying ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends across digital channels.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta / Facebook Ads, with any other platform a plus.
  • Prior in-house experience in the ecommerce realm.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce.
  • Solid grasp of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies.
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns.
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude paired with effective project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • A burning passion for mastering performance marketing and elevating ecommerce brands.
  • A team-player mentality with the drive to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills paired with adept time management.
