Influencer Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive our influencer partnerships. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with influencers, launching campaigns, and ensuring that influencer collaborations yield significant business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage top influencers across social media platforms, focusing on trend-savvy, brand-aligned creators
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns: outreach, onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance tracking
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators, guaranteeing successful campaign execution within budget parameters
  • Analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to optimize future efforts
  • Maintain and expand a database of high-performing influencers and valuable audience insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to support product launches and brand initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign ROI and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a comparable digital marketing role
  • Exceptional English communication and copywriting skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends
  • Familiarity with the psilocybin/microdosing space
