Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align product strategy with overall business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and present product development ideas to stakeholders, and proactively communicate progress updates.
  • Create product specifications and user stories in collaboration with engineering and business teams to define clear requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the product, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
