Marketing Professional Opportunity

We're seeking a marketing specialist to strengthen the brand presence of our real estate and construction divisions.

This role is designed for a strategic and creative professional who can drive social media growth, analyze market trends, and provide insights that directly support acquisitions, sales, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones.
  • Track market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights for differentiation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, videos, newsletters, brochures, and presentations) ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions, sales, and construction teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Work with leadership to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.
  • Partner with external creatives when necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset to assess data and ROI.
  • Creative, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Location and Environment

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2/C1+).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
