We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of Senior Engineer. This individual will be responsible for tackling and managing challenging water projects across a project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and implement complex engineering solutions to meet client needs in association with the Technical Director.
  • Recommend final design submittals and provide expert guidance for creative and innovative design solutions.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deliver value to the client in your area of specialisation and set and meet client service expectations.

This role provides an opportunity to work with major Water Utilities across Australia, supporting whole-of-project-lifecycle from inception to handover.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Extensive experience (10-15 years) in the relevant field of expertise, including delivery of detailed design.
  • Experience in Design Management of medium-size projects or packages/facilities.
  • Civil Design lead of municipal water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Networks design and pumping systems (Water & Wastewater).
  • Skill in Hydraulic Engineering (open channel and closed conduit).
  • Ability to instruct junior engineers, designers, and drafters.
