Water Infrastructure Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Water Infrastructure Project Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of water infrastructure projects.

  • The successful candidate will play a vital role in conducting hydrological and hydraulic analyses to support project design and implementation.
  • They will develop and apply models to simulate water flow, flood risks, and drainage systems.
  • Design and evaluate hydraulic structures such as channels, culverts, and stormwater management systems.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports including hydrological assessments, hydraulic calculations, and design specifications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct hydrological and hydraulic analyses to support project design and implementation.
  2. Develop and apply models to simulate water flow, flood risks, and drainage systems.
  3. Design and evaluate hydraulic structures such as channels, culverts, and stormwater management systems.
  4. Prepare detailed technical reports including hydrological assessments, hydraulic calculations, and design specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, Hydraulics or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in hydrological and hydraulic engineering, especially in water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proficiency in modeling software such as HEC-RAS, InfoDrainage, or Infoworks ICM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
