Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes handling paperwork and documentation, reviewing and preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records and managing the filing system.

2. Communication Management:
Manage and prioritize the CEO's communications, including emails, calls, and other correspondence. Ensure effective communication with internal and external parties, drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence as necessary.

3. Travel Coordination:
Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure travel plans are well-coordinated and executed efficiently.

4. Meeting and Event Planning:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

5. Business Operations:
Assist in managing various business ventures and projects, conducting research, and providing insights to support business decisions. Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors as necessary.

6. Efficiency Enhancement:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Anticipate the CEO's needs and provide proactive support to enhance productivity and workflow.

Qualifications:

Education:
Any bachelor's degree, preferably graduated with Latin honors

Experience:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is an advantage but not required

Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Flexible with time and schedule, willing to stay-in whenever needed, proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence, and ability to drive with a valid driver's license
