Job Title: Administrative Assistant

An Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Cleanvironment waste management services inc. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, acting as the point of contact for all employees, and managing their queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including managing office supplies, communicating with the building admin, and preparing regular reports.
  • Act as the point of contact for all employees, responding to their queries and managing their administrative needs.
  • Monitor and process all company permits, including renewals and new applications.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Communicate with local agencies and private companies on behalf of the organization.
  • Prepare and manage company records, including filing documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform billing and collection tasks, including processing payments and managing accounts receivable.
  • Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and perform related duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks, particularly in permitting.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Knowledge of billing and collection procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
