About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for HR and people experience. They will work closely with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer-centric experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with various people operations activities, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our people operations backbone.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
