Job Overview

As a seasoned Agile Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Engineering Scrum Teams. You will be responsible for fostering collaboration, facilitating effective communication among team members, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to deliver high-impact software and features that meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Guiding scrum teams towards improved productivity and efficiency
  • Clearing blockers and obstacles hindering team progress
  • Providing timely feedback to stakeholders on project status and requirements
  • Championing agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
  • Mentoring and training scrum team members on agile methodologies
  • Facilitating scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs
  • Removal of roadblocks that can hinder team progress

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
  • Working knowledge of agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile certification is highly desirable
