About the Role:

The HR Generalist at Anytime Cleaners Corp. is responsible for providing support to the organization's human resources functions. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, as well as 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator. You should also possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent record-keeping skills.
