Job Description

We're looking for an expert in automation and systems integration to help us work smarter. In this role, you'll be the builder behind the scenes—connecting tools, streamlining workflows, and designing automations that make our recruiting, sales, marketing, and operations teams more efficient every day.

Your playground will be a combination of Make.com (Integromat), APIs, webhooks, and custom scripting. But it's not just about building workflows—it's about understanding how systems fit together and finding creative ways to make them better.

As an automation specialist, you'll have the opportunity to experiment with emerging tools and technologies, turning what ifs into working automations. You'll monitor, test, and optimize your creations to ensure they're rock-solid.

Our ideal candidate is a systems thinker who doesn't just automate—they understand how processes work and how to improve them. With a strong background in automation platforms, APIs, and web development, you'll be able to connect disparate systems and create seamless workflows.

Additionally, you'll have experience with data scraping and enrichment using tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, and Clearbit. Your analytical and detail-oriented nature will serve you well in solving complex problems and communicating technical ideas to non-technical teammates.

Requirements
  • 4–8 years in automation, systems integration, or a similar field
  • Proven experience building in Make.com (Integromat)
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
  • Comfortable writing custom automations with Python or Node.js
  • Systems thinking: understanding how processes work and how to improve them
  • Experience with data scraping/enrichment tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, or Clearbit
