Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction manager to oversee the delivery of projects, manage resources effectively, and provide technical expertise.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations.
  • Develop, review, and maintain project programs for various construction projects.
  • Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients, stakeholders, and management teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the consultancy lead to develop business strategies, improve processes, and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and programming tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
