What you will do:Work closely with the Fit-out Sr. Project Manager to monitor priority tasks, schedules, work sequences, and program development, including quality and workmanship. Prepare reports and documentation.

Address technical queries related to the project. Liaise with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, designers, and team members to ensure high quality standards and effective work processes. Assist in site inspections, record work achievements, and provide technical instructions and mitigations.

Help evaluate changes affecting the project's scope, schedule, and budget. Manage and supervise contractors, proactively handle project issues, and resolve potential conflicts. Adjust project scope, schedule, and budget as needed.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and program development. Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeframes. Perform tasks assigned by the Senior Project Manager and the Associate Director of Construction.

What we need:8+ years of experience in ABWF and Fit-out works, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing projects for 5-star hotels, casinos, or large commercial complexes. Strong management, planning, collaboration, and communication skills. Extensive site management experience, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in fit-out works.

Proficiency in English and Tagalog, both written and spoken. Competency in PC applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD, PDF, and Microsoft Project.
