Trade Data Specialist

We seek a Trade Data Specialist to support our prop trading operations.

  • Ensure trade data accuracy and precision in Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools like TradeZella.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create and maintain trade tracking systems.
  2. Track live trade data, including entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, and time of day.
  3. Maintain summary statistics per strategy and pair.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Monitor daily trade execution logs.
  • Deliver concise, visual reports on trade performance.
  • Ensure timely setup and confirmation of strategies.
  • Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy.
  • Tag strategies for live testing consideration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems.
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration.

Training Provided

  • EA setup & monitoring protocol.

Success Metrics

  • Daily accuracy of trade records and execution logs.
  • Timely setup and confirmation of strategies by 5 PM ET daily.
