Job Role:

We are seeking a diligent Support Specialist to join our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data to uncover actionable information and drive operational enhancements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, implement process automation, and streamline workflows using tools like Zapier and low/no-code platforms.
  • Collaborative Liaison: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to propose solutions, drive initiatives, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Schedule and Travel Coordination: Oversee executive calendars, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings to ensure optimal time management. Coordinate logistics for travel, events, and in-person meetings, ensuring smooth experiences and clear communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create executive-level reports, presentations, and memos, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach and confident in managing relationships internally and externally.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, project management and productivity platforms like Slack, Loom, Notion, and Asana. Experience with automation tools/LLMs is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify challenges, generate solutions, and deliver results.
