We're looking for an ambitious professional to join our team as a Trade Promotion Associate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for trade spend management and be comfortable working with distributors, direct accounts, and logistics portals.

This role involves navigating complex data sets, communicating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance metrics to drive business growth. As a Trade Promotion Associate, you'll be responsible for gathering backup documentation, maintaining spreadsheets, and collaborating with engineers to optimize our web scraper. You'll also create and send email reports to clients, assist with ad hoc analysis, and take ownership of department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement.

  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets that track missing deduction backup items
  • Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected
  • Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account explaining their customer portals
  • Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Take responsibility for department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement within the Customer Success Technology Enabled Services department
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in trade promotion management
  • A background or education in accounting
  • Business-level English fluency required
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
  • Experience working in a startup and comfortable with change
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships
