Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with premium merchants to ensure timely service delivery and effective communication.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and financial products.
  • Enable the new business line, promote the brand in the marketplace, and resolve merchant grievances in a timely manner.
  • Plan and execute daily activities with the team and review their deliverables.
  • Collect consistent feedback from the market on existing offerings and competitor insights.
  • Deploy products, articulate benefits, and best practices at client locations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales conversions and retention.

We are seeking self-starters who can take ownership without handholding and navigate ambiguity comfortably. Ideal candidates should be passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and willing to get involved in various tasks. They must have good articulation skills to explain complex solutions to novice customers, preferably with fintech experience or some field experience. Honesty and trustworthiness are essential virtues, along with good sales and negotiation skills and an interest in financial products and markets. An understanding of local geography is also beneficial.

Required Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation preferred.
