Project Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized project manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring client projects to ensure effective management of resources, timelines, and communication.

Your primary focus will be on customer relationship management, onboarding and training, account management, and ongoing client success to maximize value and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and executive sponsors; collaborate with sales, support, and accounting teams to gather information on clients; document all client and project information in the business management platform.
  • Project Coordination and Execution: Coordinate installation dates, manage disconnections and number porting, place orders for new services with partners, and communicate with installation and support teams.
  • Billing and Documentation: Set up clients for billing in the CRM, address past-due invoices, and assist clients with issues; create and route support tickets with prompt resolution.
  • Onboarding and Training: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and conduct product training sessions to maximize value from offerings.
  • Account Management and Growth: Monitor account health, identify issues or opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and share insights with product, sales, and marketing teams; advocate for product features and improvements based on customer needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of ISP service experience (Required)
  • Strong communication skills (phone, internet); ability to work independently
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
