Project Coordinator Role Overview

Work in a dynamic environment as part of an international project management team.

This position is based on-site at Link Sy IT Park, Dumaguete.

Responsibilities
  • Aligns project requirements with company standards
  • Conducts risk assessments to mitigate potential challenges
  • Cultivates and coordinates project activities based on master plans
  • Develops creative solutions to complex problems
  • Ensures project timelines are validated and reviewed with the project committee
  • Provides clear and accurate information through reports, calls, and meetings
  • Facilitates communication between the project committee and client
  • Coordinates with the client's main point of contact
  • Acts as mediator between the project committee and client
  • Communicates project changes, progress, and statuses with the client
  • Guarantees alignment of the internal team with the client
  • Introduces the project committee to the client
  • Offers support to operations for 4 weeks post-go live
  • Observes consistency and adherence to client requirements
  • Completes implementation report for full transition to the operations team
  • Follows up on open items
  • Ensures full project closure
  • Conducts implementation audit with internal departments
  • Evaluates project alignment with client requirements and company minimum standards
  • Initiates evaluation surveys to assess overall process through scoring system
  • Designs project plan for new projects
  • Presents designed plan during official project launch
  • Assigns priority level to projects
  • Tracks and controls project progress
  • Provides consultancy services to operations department
  • Participates in internal and external training programs
  • Conducts teach-back sessions
  • Develops internal training programs or skill enhancement training
