We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages, including concept creation, design, estimation, processing, manufacturing, and installation.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel and customers, such as general contractors, designers, architectural firms, sign consultants, and other sign manufacturers.
  • Support and work with Sales Support, Sales, and Manufacturing/Operations teams.
  • Represent the customer through professional verbal and electronic communication.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in managing project timelines and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting project progress.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to review and manage contracts, bids, and client requirements.
