Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Customer Success Organization, focusing on strategic accounts primarily in the Cybersecurity as a Service offering. As a CSM, you'll play a vital role in building lasting relationships with our clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to senior executives in large organizations, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Create and implement tailored success plans for each customer, addressing their unique needs and goals.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to explain the benefits of Sophos' technologies, driving adoption and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and optimize the customer journey.
  • Identify and address potential challenges, escalating critical issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the CSM team, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Background

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success roles, with additional experience in sales or business development beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into business requirements and drive strategic account planning.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on establishing milestones and project plans.
  • Understanding of how organizations measure value and drive revenue through recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes.
