Time and Absence Expert Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Time and Absence solutions using Workday. As a key member of our deployment team, you will ensure the successful configuration and testing of these solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

This role requires a strong expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, particularly in Absence & Time Tracking. You will be responsible for designing and configuring the solution, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, and assisting in testing.

You will also communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively, and work with confidential client data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday.

Key Expectations:

  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, with deep expertise and experience with Absence & Time Tracking
  • Lead the implementation of Time and Absence solutions using Workday
  • Design and configure the solution
  • Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems
  • Assist in testing the solution
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
  • Communicate clearly and concisely
  • Collaborate effectively
  • Work with confidential client data conversion teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
