About the Job

As a Time and Absence Specialist, you will oversee the deployment process by designing, configuring, and testing solutions to meet client needs. You will foster knowledge sharing among colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking solutions, with deep experience in configuration and implementation.
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others on gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, prototype development, testing, and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into the system.
  • Work with integration teams to configure and test integrations between the system and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new team members and serve as a role model for product knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively on projects.
  • Support team members with complex tasks or requirements.
  • Foster client adoption of best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and referenceability.
  • Provide regular project status updates to managers.
  • Innovate approaches and tools for efficient system deployment.
  • Maintain certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
  • Demonstrate computational thinking and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current certification in Time Tracking.
  • 4+ years of experience in Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Experience deploying similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Functional experience in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage timelines and goals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously.
  • Expected travel is +/-30% depending on projects.
