Time and Absence Consultant

With extensive experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, you will determine efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in Workday Payroll product suite with deep expertise and experience in Absence & Time Tracking
  • You will lead the following as a member of a deployment team: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
  • You will work with confidential data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on team-based projects
  • Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct scalable algorithmic solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly
