Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Oversee and manage department heads in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Paid Advertising.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Develop and implement team goals and KPIs, ensuring each department aligns with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
    • Hold regular cross-functional meetings to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and efficient workflow between teams.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to deliver cohesive campaigns.
    • Ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's values, vision, and long-term goals.
    • Lead the coordination of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely execution and optimal resource allocation.
  • Content Creation & Distribution
    • Develop and distribute engaging content across all digital channels, including social media, email, and blog posts.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality visual assets and multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Optimize content for search engines to improve website traffic and online visibility.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing performance and enhance customer engagement.
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and efficient workflow between departments.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer service teams.
