Systems Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:
As a highly skilled and motivated professional, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from inception to delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Develop and administer networks, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Manage Office 365 and SharePoint migrations, as well as Intune and other complex administrative tasks.
- Take ownership of issues, projects, or architectural designs from start to finish.
- Adjust work hours as needed for project activities scheduled during evenings or weekends.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator.
- Prior MSP experience and comfort working with multiple clients.
- Experience configuring firewalls, switches, and servers (WatchGuard and Fortinet preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Customer Service experience is a plus).
