System Infrastructure Professional

Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced System Infrastructure Professional to join our ranks. This individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure and maintain Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams environments.
  • Configure and manage Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Manage network servers and technology tools.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
