Job Description

We're seeking a skilled automation professional to join our team. As an automation specialist, you will design and develop intelligent workflows with global impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow design and integrations, as well as expertise in API work and scripting. You should be able to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.

This role involves building robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform, integrating APIs and webhooks, and automating business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.

You will also lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows, contributing to team methodology and best practices in intelligent automation delivery.

Effective collaboration with clients and internal product/operations teams is essential for this role, requiring strong spoken and written English skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design or integrations
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling
  • Experience with Airtable automations, scripting and formulas
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
