Workflow Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and maintaining workflow automations that drive business growth.

About the Position:
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact processes ripe for automation.
  • They will design and build efficient workflows using n8n (plus Python/JavaScript) to streamline manual tasks and unlock revenue opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for integrating tools using APIs and webhooks, setting up logging and alerting systems, and monitoring workflow performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon marketplace tooling, building workflow automations (n8n required), proficiency in JavaScript or Python, solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns, strong English communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pain Point Identification: Interview team members across marketing, ops, CX, and product to identify high-impact processes ripe for automation.
  • Automation Development: Design, build, and deploy n8n workflows (and occasional custom scripts) for use cases like influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and internal knowledge bots.
  • Integration: Connect Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc. using APIs and webhooks.
  • Monitoring and Iteration: Set up logging, alerting, and SLA checks; refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Documentation and Training: Create concise SOPs and walkthroughs so non-technical teammates can self-serve.
