AI Innovation Leader

The role of AI Innovation Leader at our institution involves designing and deploying intelligent systems to solve complex business problems. This entails leveraging expertise in Amazon Bedrock and AWS to create innovative solutions that drive AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end generative and agentic AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and various LLMs.
  • Implement multi-step autonomous agents capable of reasoning, task decomposition, and tool use.
  • Take ownership of AI projects from proof-of-concept through production deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct prompt engineering, iterative model refinement, and integrate techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance LLM accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define AI-driven workflows.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices using AWS services like Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging research and technologies in generative AI and agentic systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and core AWS services like Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and API Gateway.
  • Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Expertise in Python programming language.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Amazon Bedrock Agents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
