
Strategic Technology Process Lead

This role requires a flexible, adaptable professional who thrives in ever-changing environments and is comfortable with evolving responsibilities and priorities. You will report to the Senior Principal, Technical Project Management, and play a pivotal role in driving IT process improvement initiatives.
The daily responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives, including executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Developing and maintaining performance reports to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Implementing and monitoring improvements using robust control planning and compliance measures.
- Communicating project performance and updates across all organizational levels.
- Crafting and delivering stakeholder presentations with supporting documentation and tools.
- Recommending and implementing process standards and methodologies, providing Lean Six Sigma expertise.
- Supporting departmental improvements in tools, templates, and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
·A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
·Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of hands-on experience in process improvement.
·Experience working in remote, global teams with a flexible and collaborative mindset.
·Comfortable with flexible work schedules and shifting responsibilities.
·Strong background in IT process improvement and project management.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project).
·Experience with Agile methodologies
