Senior IT Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to oversee the development and implementation of strategic IT initiatives. This key role will work closely with senior leaders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Ensure effective governance and risk management practices across IT operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in a large enterprise setting
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through strategic IT initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex technical information
  • Certification in relevant IT disciplines (e.g. SAFe, ITIL)
Preferred Characteristics:
  • Experience working in a matrix organization or distributed team environment
  • Knowledge of contact center technologies and customer-facing applications
  • Fluency in multiple languages (written and spoken)
