Product Innovation Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Innovation Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities and developing innovative product solutions from concept to launch.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely execution and alignment with business growth objectives.

  • Identify key business opportunities to drive revenue and growth targets by analyzing industry trends, client feedback, and market research.
  • Lead the development of product solutions, collaborating with teams to determine requirements based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Liaise directly with suppliers to establish business requirements and organize meetings to facilitate agreement.
  • Draft comprehensive business plans, including industry analysis, market research, sales and marketing strategies, and financial projections.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Specialists to manage and execute business plans and initiatives related to medical consumables and devices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate distributor agreements and contracts, ensuring prompt turn-around times.
  • Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs and identify new products to drive revenue and growth targets.
  • Work with medical consumables and InnoQ product specialists to identify gaps in product offerings and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with InnoQ Product Specialists on pre-launch activities, including stock availability, product positioning, and pricing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in product development, business development, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market needs into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes for medical equipment is a plus.
