About the Role:

  • Configure Jira to meet teams' needs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop scalable solutions for growth and industry best practices.
  • Explore new features within Jira and third-party solutions.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
