About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a MIS Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and distributing contact center reporting, modifying and revising scorecards and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and working with the operations and business support teams to create or modify current reporting.

  • Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting
  • Modify, revise, and update scorecards, dashboards, and other reports
  • Responsible for data integrity, and accuracy of all reporting requirements
  • Works with Operation, Business Support team to create or modify current reporting
  • Analyzes data to ensure integrity and structures data to help support or provide business recommendations i.e. Performance Metrics

What We're Looking For:

  • A regular employee with 6 months tenure in their current role under the same department
  • No active disciplinary actions
  • Average Scorecard Rating (3 months) should be at least 3.0 or Meets Expectations
  • 1-3 years of experience in the same capacity
  • Experience in extracting data from CMS and other reporting platform
  • Proficient user of Excel, SQL and understanding call center statistics a must
  • Has intensive experience in creating reports using Power BI and Looker Data Studio
