Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Sales Operations team. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing inventory management, and reducing operational inefficiencies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Develop demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels, identifying trends in historical sales, seasonal demand, and product lifecycle.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build dashboards providing visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), delivering reporting packages to stakeholders.
  • ERP Management & Optimizations: Act as liaison for ERP integrations, ensuring APIs are connected and functioning correctly, troubleshooting as needed, querying, auditing, and optimizing ERP integrations.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets, exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
