We are seeking a technical professional to join our network and security solution team as a presales engineer. This role involves collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and designing scalable and efficient architectures that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar environment. Additionally, they will have knowledge and understanding of Palo Alto Networks products, including next-generation firewalls, Prisma Cloud, Cortex XDR, and other related security technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand different customer requirements and proposing network and security-based solutions
  • Designing scalable and efficient architectures that meet customer Palo Alto deployment needs
  • Validating Palo Alto network configurations and ensuring solutions meet customer needs
  • Staying up-to-date on new Palo Alto network features, trends, and competitive landscapes

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field(s)
  • Strong English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

  • Network or security certification(s) (not required)
